Project Manager for the successful onboarding of Warner Bros. Home Video into their UK operation

Project Managed the interface requirements from Warner's SAP system into JBA and the required
enhancements in JBA and Technicolor's WMS to meet Warner's requirements, recruitment and training
of staff, stock transfer and the physical set up, including operational processes.

Project Manager for a portfolio of projects on delivery of the Future Defence Supply Chain Initiative;
